Great hotel, great location and lovely staff

This hotel is in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. On arrival the staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception team are incredibly helpful offering directions to nearby attractions and assisting in any way they could.

The lack of dining options available in the hotel, this was due to COIVD restrictions in place, however the restaurant was closed for both breakfast and dinner and only open during the midday period. Another slight annoyance, please bear in mind the housekeeping is excellent and the rooms are spotless, but if the hotel is going to put a sign in the bathroom saying hang your towels up to stop them from being changed to help the environment but housekeeping changes them anyway it seems a bit pointless and more of a box ticking exercise.

Very nice decor in the rooms, very comfortable to stay in

The air-con was leaking to a point were i had to put a towel down for a superior suite i did expect at least a microwave however there was only a fridge and kettle, was no access to gym or other facilities due to covid-19

Nice place to stay, but definitely needs improvement!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Gangnam, with both Gangnam Station, and Teheran-no within walking distance - which is perfect for businessmen. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and hotel staff is always there to help. We traveled during the COVID-19 outbreak, and were delighted by the hotel's response to it.

The Wi-Fi was horrible, way too slow. This was a huge minus, because we needed fast Wi-Fi for our work. I was able to share my phone's data, but most tourists don't have a Korean phone number, so this needs improvement. The room temperature was over 32 °C, and because of a "Green Campaign" the hotel staff refused to turn on air conditioning. Instead they would turn on ventilation, which would heat up the room even more. Also the carpet on each floor conducts electricity, so you'll get a shock whenever you touch anything that's metal, which was a bit annoying.

Very Good

The staff was great, particularly the cleaning staff. After having used the 2 standard bottles the 1st night, and 3 we bought at the shop, they gave us 3 replacement bottles. When we had the room cleaned 2 days later, and many bottles of water later, they left us 6 bottles in the fridge. It gave us a good laugh and made us appreciate the staff.

The location makes is somewhat difficult to reach the other side of the river, areas like myeongdong are not that easy to reach.

All good except...

Location, facilities, cleanliness, very helpful staffs.

All good until the very last day, it was unfortunate for us that the housekeeping staff accidentally threw out our clothes. Maybe it was unintentional but logically weren’t supposed to happened. The staff have been helpful but we only managed to get back some of the clothes and the rest was history :( Anyhow, would always wanted to comeback and stay in this hotel.

Nice modern hotel

Spacey room, friendly good-English-speaking staff, fridge and kettle in the room, great view, close to Eonju subway station and Gangnam street with shops and restaurants, clean enough, KAL Airport limousine bus stop is right across the street, free of charge water in the fridge :)

The room is quite big, but there's no consistent place for storage. Lighting is poor.

Pleasant, but could be better (i still remember the excellent experience on my first stay)

The room was clean, friendly housekeeping staff, concierge/reception staff were able to help me with my request to carry my box to the airport busstop just across the street after checkout. Fantastic location. Generally what I expected since I stayed here several times. It was a pleasant stay as usual.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, and this time, they continued to provide cotton buds, shampoo, body wash and conditioner but stopped providing other items (including facial cotton and sanitary pad bags). I find that facial cotton and sanitary pad bags are essentials so i was disappointed when they stopped providing. (I am okay with them not providing combs and toothbrush/toothpaste.) The temperature of the water from the shower still fluctuates since the last feedback (6months ago) and there was a smell in the whole level 7 (and my room) when I checked in (probably the carpet?).

Location was perfect, only 2/3 minute walk from the station with corner shops and a Starbucks nearby.

There is a plastic surgery in the hotel itself, and therefore it was normal to see women walking around with wounds, bruises and bandages cross their faces which was disturbing. This should be noted on the hotel booking.com page.

Staff are great, clean, comfortable, great shower pressure, great food, location is close to coffee shops and restaurants and public transport, gym is perfect, the cleaning old little lady (with a slight slouch) made our mornings by greeting us with the sweetest smile. Very helpful, professional and friendly front desk.

Rooms are nicely arranged.

Rooms very arranged very nicely and very clean. Good AC and not so bad Wifi. Professional Reception staff.

lack of flexibility for late check out. There is a cost per hour for late check out. For customer satisfaction hotels typically enable late check out based on availability free of charge. Demanding payment is not an ideal customer pleasing approach. Breakfast was not up to the standards of the hotel.
